Are the coats handmade?

Yes! Every Oooh! Dog Coat is handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

Do the coats come with harness holes?

As dogs come in all shapes and sizes, working out where to put a harness hole can be challenging. which is why we have decided not to include one. 

You can always add one once you are happy with the fit of the coat on your pup. Just add one yourself (if you feeling crafty) , or locate a local seamstress. 

How long will my order take?

Each coat is made to order. Please allow 5–7 working days for your coat to be made and shipped.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our size guide.

If you’re unsure, feel free to message us with your dog’s measurements and we’ll help you choose the best fit.

Will you restock the same prints?
Most fabrics are limited, so once a print is gone, it’s gone. This means your dog gets something unique. Similar prints may return but not exact ones.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide!

UK shipping is £3.50

FREE for orders £25 and above.

EUROPE International shipping is £6 for orders UNDER £25

or

£10 for orders £25 and above.

REST OF WORLD International shipping is £10 for orders UNDER £25

£20. for orders £25 and above

How do I care for the coat?

Machine wash cold,  Air dry only,  No tumble drying

This will keep your coat looking its best.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes! If your dog doesn’t fit standard sizes, we can make a custom coat for the perfect fit. Just add the 'Custom Fit Add On' to your order.

Can my dog be featured?

Yes please! We love seeing your pups in their coats!
