By placing an order with Oooh! Dog Coats, you agree to the following:

• All items are handmade to order
• Please allow 5–7 working days for production before shipping
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information
• We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if measurements provided are inaccurate

Returns & Refunds:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty

Product Care:
• Please follow care instructions provided to maintain product quality
