SHIPPING POLICY

All Oooh! Dog Coats are handmade to order.

Please allow 5–7 working days for your coat to be made before shipping.

 

UK wide shipping:

£3.50. 

FREE for orders £25 and OVER.  ( 48hr Tracked and Signed ) inc. P&P

 

EUROPE International shipping:  

£6 for orders UNDER £25

£10 for orders £25 and OVER. ( International Tracked and Signed ) inc. P&P

 

REST OF WORLD International shipping:

£10 for orders UNDER £25 

£20 for orders £25 and OVER. ( International Tracked and Signed ) inc.P&P

 

**Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.**

 

Please note:

• As each coat is made to order, items are non-refundable unless faulty
• If an item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
