Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Items must be returned in original, unused condition
• No restocking fee will be charged
• We do not have any final sale items

CUSTOM FIT NOTICE

Since each custom fit coat is made to measure, we're unable to offer refunds on orders with this add-on. The unique tailoring means every coat is one of a kind for your dog! 

Make sure your measurements are spot-on and double and triple check before you order!
